waste of time!

Horrible service. don't waste your time with this dealer! the manager tried to sell me a 2017 silverado for more than what was advertised on their website.

Disappointed with Dealership

I went in preapproved loan with my bank. Sales man & manager said I had to do the process again so I did. They tried to pull a fast one and give me a higher interest rate.

Excellent dealer

Purchased 2016 Cruze from this dealer. Alex is very helpful and professional. This was the second time to buy Chev from here. Their price always beatable. Good for our rental fleet.

Great sales team, terrible service dept.

Sales dept. is great. But I can't say enough about their terrible service dept. I, of all people, am very reasonable and level headed and can confidently say that the service dept. lacks overall; especially in follow through and customer service. The management of this dept. needs to be thoroughly reviewed and held accountable for ruining the reputation of this dealership.

Great sales experience

I had a great buying experience at Mountain View Chevrolet. After my previous car was totaled in an accident I just wanted to get into a new car and the folks at Mountain View made it as easy as possible for me to determine which car was best for me and to get me the best price.

New Chevrolet Camaro

I want to give a big thanks to Andy Ho for making my experience at the dealership as smooth as possible. My son and I had gone to the dealer just to look and to ask about Chevrolet Camaro. He made sure that he got me the best deal and of me being happy with the decision I was making. The process of everything didn't take long as I thought it was, even though I was leaving from the dealers around 5:30 pm but everyone was very nice enough to stay after hours. They even went as far as to filling up the tank and giving the car a good washing one week later. I've had the car for about 10 days,now and I'm very happy with the choice I made.

Poor quality service department.

Service department is far below standard. To many problems for a factory dealership. I recommend shopping elsewhere. They do not respond to emails or phone calls.

Great staff, excellent experience!!

My experience was outstanding. I got rid of my Jeep and purchased the new Equinox. I was going to cancel but when I showed up, the experience was quick and painless. It was the shortest amount of time I had ever spent purchasing a vehicle and the sales rep, Andy Ho, made the process seamless. I will be returning to this dealership in the future to upgrade my other car, the Ford Fusion, to a Chevrolet Camaro before the end of the year. For those who don't know, this dealership has the best deals and your buying experience will be awesome!!!
