The service staff were friendly and efficient.

The service staff were friendly and efficient. My car was serviced (oil changed and tires rotated) and ready in a timely manner. The waiting area and rest room were clean

The service writer was very professional and the vehicle

The service writer was very professional and the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. The truck was very clean when I picked it up.

Very poor service, after having my car there for two

Very poor service, after having my car there for two weeks to fix an air condenser Ben said he would not do the work and I should pick up my car. Insurance had already sent payment and confirmation. I had to call insurance to cancel payment and find another place Will not go back there for anything including maintenance on my car

I waited three hours for an oil change and when I started

I waited three hours for an oil change and when I started asking about the status of my vehicle, because I had an appointment to meet, they had not even started, the guy then said give him five minutes. If the oil change only takes five minutes why was I there three hours? I felt oil change was rushed, and I felt like the job was done Super fast when they realize how long I had waited and I don?t believe it was done right they did not even put the sticker that they customarily usually put which lets me know when I need to return. This is my first bad experience in this location. I usually take my vehicle for maintenance here. I was not happy with this last visit.

I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gauging dealership. As usual my service advisor josh is amazing and never push for anything that is not needed.
