Purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350 from the dealership. Was a fantastic experience overall. The sales consultant Zay was knowledgeable about the vehicle. The manager Bashar provided different financing options for us and let us choose the best one for our budget. Cameron in finance showed us different warranties that could help protect our vehicle as it was out of manufacturing warranty. Once again was a fantastic experience overall and I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle.

By far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. From the initial greeting all the way till signing the contract, I was treated with the upmost respect. I’ve had a falling out on my credit recently and they didn’t treat me any differently like you do at other dealerships. They were able to get me approved for a certified 2023 forte and I couldn’t be happier! Recommending them to all my friends and family!

I just purchased a 2025 Sportage Hybrid from Team Kia and I had a great experience. They had the best prices in at least a 75 mile radius of me and honored that price at the dealership with no funny business. They also have one of the largest selections of new Kias, so you are more likely to get the combo of car/trim/color/extras that you want. Ernesto helped us throughout picking out the car and pointing out features. He was extremely enjoyable to talk too and made the experience very enjoyable. Bashar talked numbers with us and was respectful, straightforward, and to the point, which is all I could ask for when trying to get a deal done. Tony, I believe, was in the background but also helped me leave with a great car at a fair price. :) If you are looking for a Kia, I recommend Team Kia of El Cajon.

Didn't even buy a car here, and felt compelled to leave a good review. I came in for a used EV, and after a slew of shady dealers, it was refreshing to deal with people who were upfront, honest, and nice to work with. They were honest about how their options did or did not fit my needs, and offered to keep in touch about vehicles that come up in their larger dealer network. Even if not from them. This was one of the two best dealer experiences I had during my whole search. I left exceptionally happy with how the whole thing went, and I wish I could have bought a car from them. It simply came down to a lack of inventory for what I was specifically looking for. So many SoCal dealers are sketch - if this dealer has vehicles you're considering, I strongly recommend them.
