Awful dealership to work with. The pre-installed pinstriping that was applied to the car before I ever dealt with them ended up damaging the paint underneath. They refuse to fix the paint that they damaged, only offering to bandaid it with more striping. This is after forcing me to reschedule my first service appointment because "our paint guy isn't here right now." Didn't offer to take it in and offer a loaner while they looked at it or anything. Currently the paint issue has been reported to VW Corporate and my case was escalated to a regional case manager. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. The car is a lease, so if I choose to turn it in at lease end, they will simply be attempting to resell a car with unreported paint damage and depreciation to a new unwitting customer.

I originally came to just loo around and see what my options were. Even with my credit issues she treated me with nothing but respect! Even when I didn’t agree with some of her choices lol she wouldn’t let me leave untill I found a car I looked good in and was comfortable with. I can’t wait untill I’m ready to get My next car and every car thereafter will be purchased thru her

My wife and I were greeted very nicely with a friendly staff upon arrival. When it came to seeing the 2 vehicles we set an appointment to see, neither were on site and we were not notified of this prior to our hours drive to the dealership. We were shown comparable vehicles so our interest level was failing. With some discussion, Sheriff pulled through and saved our experience selling us our first choice of vehicles. There was no pressure put upon us to seal the deal, as a matter of fact, we drove the vehicle home for a few days and finished our deal on the weekend. Overall we had a great salesperson and dealership to get the vehicle we wanted.

Sheriff wss one of the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She new the works of the Passat inside and out.we rate her #1.

Purchased parts twice at this dealership. Both times the parts manager was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact. I get he was busy with a customer on the other line, but should have at least made eye contact especially if I’m standing about four feet away from him. As he handled his business I stood at the counter while my wife was looking around. Both times after finishing the call his eyes stayed fixed into his computer monitor and there was nothing but silience as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When he finally took his eyes off the screen my wife and I were greeted with “Are you guys purchasing anything, or just looking around?” My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief and confused as to why would I just be standing at the counter if we were just looking around. My first experience with Doug was just as bad when I Iayed two sunshades on his counter and he asked me “can I help you?”. At least on my first visit after his silence while starring at his computer screen I was greeted with a less confusing question.

Where do I even start with this review?! Sheriff Lowe, Scott Wilhelm, Kenny Hunter and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel like more than just a "customer". No concern was too big or too small and were always addressed and my mind was put at ease. Sheriff stood by my side through the entire process and is passionate about what she does. She does not make you feel pressured and truly wants the best for every person that she helps. After this experience I couldn't imagine doing business anywhere else so I think its safe to say I am now a customer for life!

Outstanding Dealership. Made appointment to see this Brand plus another Brand elsewhere. I was so impressed, I bought a 2018 Beetle/Loaded and it is a blast. Never considered the other Brand! Very gracious and professional sales staff at Leesburg Volklswagon. Not pushy and will not keep you in the Dealership all day. They listen to what you want and make it happen. I will use this Dealership for all my service and updates for this 2018 Beetle. I was a very loyal FORD King Ranch truck girl for over 2 decades, however, the Thomasville Georgia Ford Dealer was unable to even fix a black seat latch, that I traded this King Ranch in for a Beetle. Goodbye FORD - Hello VOLKSWAGON!! Sheriff Lowe (That's her real first name: Sheriff), was an chipper and intelligent sales person. I would recommend checking out this Dealership for the experience. You might find you were very glad you did.

I just recently purchased a new vehicle from Leesburg Volkswagen. I worked with Sheriff Lowe, Scott Wilhelm and Kenny Hunter. They delivered and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. From the moment I got out of my car Sheriff was completely professional and very personable. Buying a new car can be a stressful situation, but buying from Sheriff it wasn't. Will recommend Leesburg VW to everybody and I am going back for sure.

My wife and I just finished the purchase of our Touareg this past weekend. I cannot stress enough the excellent attention and care we received throughout the whole process, from prospecting the car a week prior on the internet to completing the purchase at their dealership. Miguel answered our initial inquiry, Corey was our salesperson and Chester was the VW finance manager. We were relaxed during the whole process and truly felt our needs were the highest priority. I would highly suggest requesting Corey should you need a salesperson. He is on top of his game, and has a wealth of support to make sure you get the experience you deserve. 5 Stars!!!!!
