There is a reason that I choose to drive 45 minute

Mr. Friendly/Professional Gino

Gino was one of the best service writers I have dealt with in Washington, DC/Virginia. He is very friendly and so professional. He kept us informed of the status of our 2021 Escalade ESV. There is no one more professional and/or friendlier than GINO!!

Great friendly customer service. I was able to drop the car off to get a ride home have a productive day. They communicated any updates throughout the service. Provided me for detail report a future repairs needed.

Unprofessional. They sold the car we were in the process...

Unprofessional. They sold the car we were in the process of “buying” without even telling that straight. We would have appreciated ah honest communication. Also, they promised to match the bank interest-rate if a good credit, without knowing the specifics. And then never clearly communicate what is happening with the credit application unless you ask 10 times
