Wheelers of Medford

This is my second time dealing with Wheelers. I bought a 2015 Cruze from them in 2016 & they made the process very easy & fast. This November my husband & I decided to trade in the Cruze for something a little more family friendly as we are expecting our first baby in December. I’m very happy with how easy & quickly the process was switching from the Cruze to my “new” 2013 Equinox. Plus all the staff at wheelers are very friendly & family based. They truly care about you & not just the sale. I recommend them 100% & will be going to them again in future if ever needed!

Very happy that they helped my mum get into a car that affordable. Skyler was awesome and so was Mary Jo. Plus a shout out to Mary Jo's son for cleaning the car..😍😍😍

From start to finish, all the employees were very pleasant and helpful to us, especially Todd. He worked with my husband the first day with giving a quote on our trade-in vehicle, then with both of us at day 1 and day 2 of the actual sale transaction. and setting up the blue tooth, phones, on-star, etc.We are very happy with Wheelers in Medford and are very confident that our future service there will be wonderful. When my vehicle failed to start for me Wheeler's of Medford was very good about letting my bring my vehicle in when I could get it started so it could be looked at.. They were very understanding and let me come in without an appointment. A courtesy ride back to work was very appreciated. They kept in contact with me thought out the process until my car was ready for me to pick up and roll down the road again. It was a good experience to work with Wheeler's of Medford.

Everyone there is Very friendly and greet you with a smile. I've bought all my vehicles here and they do all the servicing. They are all very accommodating to my work schedule, shuttle me to work when needed and have competive prices. Just all around friendly, nice, and helpful people. Eli Bremer is a fantastic salesman too! He has such a bubbly personality and is informative, genuinely kind, super helpful, and not at all pushy. I always recommend Eli and Wheelers to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or needing local servicing. Great people! 😀
