I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone was extremely nice, especially Lily. She was very knowledgeable about the car I bought. She showed me everything I needed to know. I think we spent a couple of hours there with her, she deserves a good raise after everything she did for us.

Mark was absolutely amazing at Houston Cadillac! My husband surprised me with a 2025 Cadillac Escalade, and Mark made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. When we went back the next day, he even bought my daughter lunch out of the kindness of his heart, and the rest of the team went above and beyond by buying lunch for me as well.. even after I told Mark I was okay. Their hospitality and kindness truly stood out. I would highly recommend Houston Cadillac to anyone.. whether you’re in Florida or even out of state.. it’s worth the trip. They make you feel like family from start to finish!
