Not professional, they sent me home with my car and

Not professional, they sent me home with my car and didn’t check the air pressure of the tires, one was 38 and the other 33 they changed my tire and didn’t check that, also after waiting 3 hours for a part if I don’t ask they don’t tell me it wasn’t going to be there for another 3 hours, so not happy at all.

The service I received was great. Michael Jensen took the time to explain what the service would involve and gave me extra information that helped quite white when making decisions. He was exceptional.
