It’s hard to understand how Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs can say that they know we have choices where we can get our cars serviced when they are the ONLY Mercedes Benz house in the Coachella Valley. Another thing I find curious is that they ask you to call them if you have less than good feed back, they even provided the phone number to call...but they sign the the letter “Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs”. So WHO am I supposed to call? Nobody wants to step up and be responsible. Empty words. They don’t REALLY care or someone would put their name on the letter.

Easy to schedule appt. completed required service and washed car. Since it was during Covid19 times the in and out was super safe and handled in a way that took care of all clients. We immediately took the car on a 650 mile trip and the car performed perfectly. Thanks for handling all my concerns.

Excellent service! We were traveling through during the beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown, trying to get home to Iowa with our Sprinter RV. We showed up at 7:30 am and they checked out the problem that morning and ordered parts that were installed the following morning. We were on our way before noon the second day. Very professional and courteous, even washed our Sprinter van.

Very courteous, very fast with check-in and check-out. Very efficient Dealership packed witha lot of very nice people. I will be ordering a 2021 AMG from them!
