I buy all the trucks in our fleet online. The process with LaFontaine was seamless and a great experience. The commination was great, and they even set up transportation to deliver the vehicle from Michigan to my front door in Missouri. We review all truck costs nationwide and their numbers were at the best possible price. I highly recommend doing business with them and hope to purchase more trucks from them in the future.

Carson did an excellent job, prompt communications, clear paperwork. With Moe?s guidance, they brought in a vehicle from another LaFontaine location for me to test drive. Needless to say, I now have a new truck. Great teamwork!

I bought a new 2024 Ford F-150 in July 2025 and it was
I bought a new 2024 Ford F-150 in July 2025 and it was delivered to my house with a scrape on it. I didn?t notice it until the next day, and I contacted LaFontaine Ford right away. I was told that they didn?t want me to have it repaired at the Ford dealership in my city, because they didn?t want to pay ?retail? for the repair. I then got the total run around for a week by the salesman, and ended up getting it fixed at a local garage myself. They were supposed to send me a color match pen for a remaining spot which they never did. It can take days to get a response to a text, if at all. They are deceitful and untrustworthy people, and I will never do business with them again.

The car is generally good, and the dealer stored it very well, and professional. The general experience is good. There are two things make the whole process unsatisfied. First, the seller didn't mention every detail like ADR clearly, and when selling the car, Korrey behaves very eager to sell this car, and showed less patient. Another unhappy thing is that I asked the manager and Korrey both to get this car's recent inspection document, they both said they would send the document to me, but till now I haven't received it. I think sending the inspection document to buyer is dealer's responsibility. Hope the customer service can be improved.

I haven't had the car for two weeks yet, I can't give a review on that. What I can say is our salesman was professional, friendly and helpful. I was a little put off by the pressure to not go to another LaFontaine dealer to look at a specific car but it is what it is. I will live with my decision. I just hope I don't regret it.

From taking my old car in for the transmission to trading
From taking my old car in for the transmission to trading it in for a new one, everyone at lafontaine was so helpful and nice to work with. Michelle in service kept me in the loop on my old escape and checked on me to see if I decided what to do with it. She was very nice to speak with. Carson, my salesman, helped me find the car that I wanted and he was always going for my best interest. He was patient with me and always adjusting to my schedule. He even worked on his birthday for me! He made getting a new car, fun and enjoyable! The finance department, front desk, managers, and everyone i met were so kind and like family. I would recommend!
