I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars. That's exactly why I rely on the opinion of the service advisors greatly. Kiel, unlike most service advisors I've worked with, was not only very attentive to the needs of my car and took the time to answer all of my questions & believe me, there were a lot. Furthermore, he treated me like I've known him for years. He made me feel very comfortable, and more importantly, confidant. I am very happy with the kind of service Kiel provided and I know that my car's current & future needs will be taken care of by him. Thanks Kiel.

My I.D. dropped inside of the e brake of my cousin's car...
My I.D. dropped inside of the e brake of my cousin's car and I couldn't get it out. I got there and Keil said to give him 5 minutes and he got it out! Thank goodness otherwise I wouldn't be able to fly back home tonight! Thanks for the fast and great service :)

We're a young couple on a budget, and needed a bigger car for our family. I called Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. Luckily for us we got ahold of Ralph Graham I say luckily because he was really fun and friendly, in fact the whole place seemed to be having fun, which put us at ease. They're not the usual stiff, shirt and tie vulchers like so many places have. Ralph was very helpful, and we decided on a used Ford that fit our budget. The whole process was surprisingly simple and we're so happy that we dealt with Ralph, because he made it very easy. Next time you buy a car, go to Spreen Honda, and ask for Ralph Graham Steve Riverside, CA

I bought a used Infiniti at Spreen Honda, in Loma Linda, Ca. Usually car buying is not fun, but the upbeat relaxed feel of the dealership, coupled with my salesman Ralph Graham, made it very enjoyable. Ralph was very helpful, and his no pressure style made it the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. I will definetly buy my future cars from Spreen Honda, and will only deal with Ralph L.D., San Bernardino, CA

I had a great experience at Spreen Honda. The salesman Vu was great! I was able to get the exact car in the color I wanted. Other dealers were insisting this wasn't possible. Todd in finance also helping us get the best options. The paperwork was quick and everyone there really makes it a fun environment. Thanks again!

The prices were decent which is what caught my eye....
The prices were decent which is what caught my eye. However, the customer service is terrible. I called and spoke with a guy, Freddie Flores. He was trying to get me financed and after getting all my info over the phone, he said he would call me back with an answer from the bank. He never called me. I called him around 10am and he said he would check and call me back. He didn't. I called around 12pm. He said he would check and call me back. He didn't. I went in around 5pm(since I hadn't had a call back as promised) and was informed the bank wouldn't finance me without a co-signer. I found someone to co-sign me so I called good ol' Freddie again. Gave him all the info he needed. He said he would call me back. 2 hours later, I call and he informs me he is on a test drive and will find out and call me back. Here I am 6 hours later and still no call. If the answer is no, then call me and tell me no. But don't say you are going to call and not do it. That is horrible customer service. All I need to do is come up with another 1500 and then I can buy the car I want out right from them. But I don't know if I want to ever do business again with this company.

I bought my last 3 cars from Ralph Graham at Spreen Honda and every time it has been a pleasurable experience. I enjoy their service dept because everyone is very friendly and they do great work. This time I needed a bigger car and Ralph helped me get a Honda Pilot. Stefanie Smith did my paperwork. They both made sure I got the security system I wanted. What customer service! Ralph gave me the best price possible, and made the whole experience great. I will continue to buy there and refer my friends too V.B. LA, CA

This is the WORST car buying experience I have in my life. Those people over Spreen Honda have no idea what they doing. BTW, don’t even bother to negotiate price or interest rate with them. Once you start doing this, they begin to ignore you, and just keep you waiting and waiting. Eventually they escort you out in very nice way – “GET OUT, WE ARE CLOSED”.

Nothing much to say except it was a fast, easy, stress-free experience. My sales guy Matt was so friendly and made sure that the Honda Fit I bought was the right choice for me in every way. The finance department was the hindrance to getting my car as fast as I'd like it but it only took an hour, so that's okay with me!! Would recommend, and will def be back for another car from these guys!!
