Honest dealer

I bought a 2003 Blue corvette convertible last year . I had issues with it for 2 months with reducing power . It was in the shop back and forth from Madison Ohio to Canton Ohio. They fixed the problem and found the wires that was shorting out on the fender wall. So for them to stand behind it was outstanding !! I would recommend them to anyone !! Robert the owner was there to help get this car fixed !! Thank You for all your help !!

Honest dealer

Do not buy from Ohio State Ware house !!

I bought 2003 Corvette from Ohio State Warehouse that they delivered to me . The first 10 miles a check engine lite came ! It was an O2 Sensor and they mailed one to me so I could fix the car . Shortly after that repair , every light on the dash came on. I had tried to talk to someone there about the problem and they keep telling someone would call me back . I had no response from them about this problem !! I took to a local repair shop and they had came up with several diagnostic problems !! After they had it for two weeks the dealership finally called me back !! Robert the owner called me and told me he would send someone to pick up the car and fix it !! They had it for three weeks and rebuilt the ABS module !! I sent my daughter and son in-law to Canto , Ohio to pick it up !! On the way home the check engine light came on and it reduced power to 80% !! I tried many times to get a hold of Robert about the problem !! They lied to me every time that Robert was busy and he would call me back !! I gave up after trying to call many times about having this car fixed !! They have poor customer service after the sale !! Buyer beware !!

STAY AWAY FROM OHIO AUTO WAREHOUSE

Bought a 2016 F-150 under the impression that it didn't have any issues. A few days go by after I bought it and the check engine light comes on. I took it to my mechanic shop and he says that there is no way the dealership didn't know about the problem and that they tried to cover it up. It ran code P0022 and would supposedly cost thousands to fix. I got in contact with dealership and owner and they are not willing to help, they want me to drive it to them or pay for a tow to get it to them (2hrs 15min). They also want me to pay for repairs. Of course it was sold to me 'no warranty, as-is'. They also left tools in my air filter, that my mechanic found. I do not recommend buying anything from here considering the amount of reviews similar to mine. Terrible.

Stay away from this dealership

Bought a truck off this dealer. When I looked at the truck I asked for A brake caliper to be replaced in emergency brake cable. They never replaced the cable. Just tucked it up under the truck. Half way home the tire pressure light came on then 20 minutes later a check engine light when I got home I noticed the tailgate handle bezel fell out somewhere on the way home It’s obvious did they clear the codes so there’s no lights on when you drive the vehicle. The doors don’t even lock. If you lock them you can still open the door from the outside Robert the owner had called me after I wrote another review on a different site and said if your not happy bring it back. Well that was a joke. I told him I’ll bring it back and he said he would get back to me. That never happened and never will. Take my word stay away from this place. I bought a truck that I will have to put just as much into it as I paid for the dam thing. These people are all talk. They will stab you in the back

Kevin! I just saw this review on 6/4/20. I'm sorry to hear your upset with the 2008 Silverado with 182k miles purchased on 3/31/20. This is the first I've heard of it. I checked the recorded calls, emails and text messages and have received no communications that you're dissatisfied with the purchase. We did inspect and service your truck before you purchased it. When you inspected this truck prior to purchase, you asked for a couple things to be done prior to picking it up. After that was complete, you paid and picked it up. If you don't want it, bring it back in the same condition you purchased it in by 6/10/20. There isn't a way for us to know you have a problem unless you call, text, email or send up a smoke signal. We are here for you, let me know.--After speaking with you on 6/5/20, you told me that you are upset that the tire pressure light came on and the check engine light was on for a EVAP code. I offered to help you fix the problem at a far reduced rate or buy the truck back. When you called my cell 3 times on 6/8/20, I answered the 3rd time and told you I was driving a manual transmission box truck in the mountains with bad reception and to call me back tomorrow. I called you twice the next day with no response. Now you go on a nasty review rift. If you really din't want the truck, bring it back. Not a big deal. We are very reasonable here.

Smooth Experience!

The first thing we noticed is the variety of vehicles they have in stock. Many different options of all types of vehicles. They had a few vehicles we were interested in. After we did a look over of them, he offered that we test drive them. We ended up deciding on one and from there on it was a very smooth process. Kevin was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal done since we drove from out of state. The whole facility was neat and clean. I was impressed all the way! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for variety to choose from and a smooth process from start to finish!

Great deal

I don’t normally give reviews but I thought I should since I had a great experience. I have bought a lot of cars in my days and spoke with a lot of fast talking salesman. I usually hate buying a new car. But after calling in and speaking first with Samantha I was transferred to a very helpful salesman. I had called in for a specific truck that they had and needed to know towing capacities for a camper. The salesman didn’t know the answer and I thought yup same old sales people. But to my surprise he called the dealer got all the information I needed and called me right back to tell me what I wanted. So I decided to make the hour drive to see the truck. I was greeted by Samantha and she showed me to my salesman Kevin. He had the truck ready to be shown and it looked even better than the photos. I was able to drive it and look it over without any pressure. The financing was easy except for having to sign so much paperwork. Must say best car buying experience.

Awesome Inventory

Went in to look at their lifted trucks. Was met by a salesman who i later found out his name was Kevin. He was very knowledgeable on all the trucks that I was interested in. I drove a 2016 Silverado that had custom wheels on it. After driving it my wife and I decided we wanted to own it. There was no hassle from Kevin and he was able to get us financed at our payment. We were very pleased with the buying process here.

BUYERS BEWARE

I drove 2 hours to look at a black 2010 ram cummins 2500. Kevin told me they just got the truck in. I asked if the truck checked out and if there were any issues, and he assured me it's in great condition. I get there and meet with Kevin and asked a few general questions. One specifically, "have you guys done a full inspection on this vehicle?".. He assured me they have and everything checked out great on this truck. We take a test drive on their short designated route. Upon returning, the heater doesn't work (not even semi warm), exhaust was bandaged together, rear turn signals don't work, moisture in front passenger head light, tps light is on... I go through the computer and it said it's past due for an oil change. Kevin told me it's been changed and they probably just forgot to reset it. I take the oil cap off and it's jet black, thick sludge and milk shake indicating what would probably be a leak in the head gasket... Clearly there was no inspection done on this vehicle and they're just out to make a quick sale! I wa skeptical of even going up there bc of other reviews I read and the tone in their responses to other complaints. They do have allot of nice looking vehicles, but I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle and don't take anyone's word that a vehicle passed inspections. Do your research, look over a vehicle thoroughly, take long test drives (not just a 5 min designated route). Shame on them! Don't bother calling me to tell me "you fixed it" !

Dishonest

You will pay full price. No negotiating happening here. They clear codes (check engine light) lasts until you get home then back on it comes. Won't pass e-check. No warranty so cost me $1200 for new Catalytic converter. Should be a law against this type of practice. Stay away! You've been warned!
