Nice and clean dealership with great inventory!

Nice and clean dealership with great inventory! I visited and bought a car yesterday from Sammy. She was incredible and very honest. She informed my mom and I about every detail and really helped saved us money wherever I could. She made the buying process so comfortable when it can at times be very nerve wracking. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from her, and would definitely from from her again in the future.

I just want to thank Land Rover Bethesda for their great service. Kamal has been a pleasure to work with. I received my vehicle as promised as well provided updates and feedback on services needed with identifying the priorities.I haven't had many interactions or services at this dealership but the ones I have show dedication to providing great customer service. I have owned my vehicle for over 3 years and was taking it for service at Land Rover Alexandria and I will say by far there is no comparison to the service I received at Land Rover Bethesda. I will be returning to Land Rover Bethesda for future services.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer. I understand that with a used car, there may be wear and tear — and I don’t expect perfection. My issue is not that the vehicle had a problem, but in how the dealership chose to handle (or not handle) the situation once it was brought to their attention. I am giving 2 stars because I am happy with my new car and do wish I could stay in the happy bubble instead of dealing with this frustration. Upon receiving and driving the car, I noticed ann expensive issue — a cracked rim. I contacted the dealership right away, expecting at the very least some guidance or willingness to assist. Instead, I was directed to their inspection report (completed 21 days prior to me receiving the car) and to speak with management. I’ve reached out to them, and have not received a response. This review isn’t about the fact that the car had a problem — it’s about the lack of customer service, and post-sale support. If you’re considering purchasing from here, especially from out of state, I strongly urge you to have your own third-party inspection done right before purchase, no matter what reports they provide. I’m posting this in hopes it saves someone else the same frustration and as a reminder about getting your own inspections.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership I brought

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership I brought my vehicle to the Land Rover dealership in Bethesda, MD, for repairs due to the check engine light being on. After each visit, I was told the issue was resolved, only for the check engine light to come back on the same day I picked it up. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue from the start, the dealership kept insisting it was a different problem each time, recommending additional (and costly) repairs. This cycle repeated several times with no lasting fix — just more charges and growing frustration. It feels like nothing more than a money grab, and the service team either lacks the expertise to repair vehicles or is taking advantage of customers. While the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, the Service Director, George Sans, was the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional throughout the process. Dealing with him only made the situation worse. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking honest, skilled, or respectful service.

Everyone was incredibly awesome!

Everyone was incredibly awesome! From when I pulled into the lot and got out of my car, I was greeted by a young lady name Ashley! I told her what I wanted and what I was comfortable paying! Although we went a little over budget I believe it was all worth it! She made sure I received everything I wanted within my new truck! She was very patient, knowledgeable and informative! She deserves a raise! I also want to thank Fady for being patient as well and being informative!I have never purchase a car and the process was so smooth! I like the fact that everyone spoke to me! You never know who is walking through those doors so you should never judge a book by the cover! Thank you all so much! You rock! ❤️
