When I stopped by to look at cars I explained to Jorge what exactly I was looking for and my price range, immediately he took me to multiple cars that fit what I was interested in! He knew the lot well and knew where to find what cars. When I found the car I was interested in Jorge offered a test drive and while test driving I found that the navigation in the car didn’t load as it was supposed to so when I got it back to the dealership, Jorge and I talked price and gave me an amazing deal and made sure I would get my navigation fixed! Jorge and Elmer made me an appointment at a dodge dealership to get my radio checked out and made sure to be in constant communication with me to make sure I was informed and happy with what was happening! They paid to get me a new navigation in my car and in a timely manner, overall the customer service was amazing and they made sure I was happy with the whole process!

SD Mission Auto is a great place to buy a used car. Definitely recommend Jorge to help you out. Saw what I wanted and called to check availability and wanted to come up to take a test drive. I live quite a ways away and didn’t have a vehicle. Jorge offered to have me picked up if I couldn’t find a ride. I was super impressed with that.as soon as I got up there I was helped right away with checking out the car and going for a drive. I knew it was what I wanted. Made me feel super comfortable inside while waiting for paperwork and everything to be ready. First car I’ve bought by myself so he was very thorough with going over and explaining everything..I would totally recommend this dealership to family friends and anyone I come across looking for a vehicle to purchase. This place was very helpful and made everything super quick and easy. Had applied online and when I went in they had everything ready to go. Tony and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. The entire experience was better than any other car purchase. Service was fast and friendly. Lupe was very persistent with lenders to get me the past interest rate as possible.

I was afraid of small dealerships but as I came in they I had a good feeling they didn’t Pressure me like every other place do they gave me a good deal and worked around my payment plan And I even got a better deal they do take care of their own I would recommend this place for everyone
