USA Auto Sales

havent had the truck for two weeks and found out it had a blown head gasket before i drove it home...keep dragging there feet and waiting tell the 30 day warranty expires and doesnt want to fix it right or make it right at all i wouldnt recommend buying nothing from them at all anymore now im a foot and without away to make it to work cause they want to play the waiting game and not fix nothing

I have been by here several times on this lot looking at cars and have always got waited on by this nice guy named Coe... He is so helpful, knowledgeable and super honest. I think he never gets a day off, because he is always always there, every time I have came by. Poor guy works hard you can tell not only does he wait on customers, he puts license plates on and charges cars up. I seen him do all this stuff, he is more then a salesman apparently. Don't think any other salesmen work here but him. Anyway, he sold my friends and family some good cars. If we need anything he always helps us and returns our calls if he doesn't have the answer. He deserves a KUDOS!!! and his Boss should know I think he deserves a day off once in awhile, since It was Labor Day and he was there working and last year I saw him on Christmas Eve working. Good guy and great car /truck options.

The lady at the desk was very rude and disrespectful. Her cell phone was more important to her than me and my husband asking about a car then she proceeded to tell us that there was no one on the lot to show us cars.. She asked us to leave the lot since there was no one there to sale is anything and to come back later. We returned about 3 hrs later and still no one there and the same rude lady at the front still playing on her phone being very rude. WE WILL NOT SHOP THERE OR EVEN TELL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILYS TO SHOP THERE..

Went to lot to buy a nice little truck, no one wanted to even tell us about it, their xxxx phone was more importan than the customer in front of them.
