Bought a used Lexus ES back in 2018-9 I 🤔 think.. had it 2 years.. drove it up to Mass my dad had ha fa 4 years n now my baby bro has it!! best sales experience n best car ever!!

I have bought two cars from this dealership. And plan on buying another one. It is a small family owned dealership. Howard and his wife Sylvie are the best. Very personable and professional. They really care about you and after you buy their courtesy doesn’t end. Whenever I have questions or need advice Howard is always there to answer any concerns I have. 5 star service.

I have purchased 4 cars from Howard and he is honest and a great person to deal with. This is the best place to buy a reasonably priced, nice condition used car. Howard picks his cars personally and you really get more value here than most other places. Things happen you are buying a used car but Howard is an honest man!

The check engine light went on days after I bought this car. Took it to his mechanic three times. Never mentioned to me that the exhaust system had been welded in place. This is Not an honest man. I would never do business with him again and do not recommend him. This is the kind of experience that gives used car salesmen their bad reputation. After my poor review he tried to say it wasn’t him I was talking about! Just horrible.

I purchased several cars from Howard. He is great. The cars are in great condition and Howard is totally honest and helpful. I’ll be searching for another car soon and Howard will be my first stop!

I contacted Hhot cars about a vehicle posted online. I had specific questions about it's conditions and features (trim level). They told me the questions were too complicated for them and try somewhere else instead. I have never encountered a salesman who insisted on NOT selling. Either very lazy or very dumb (or possibly both) sales staff.

I recently bought a used car from that dealer and ran into multiple issues that if not all at least some should have been known to a "Professional". I think that some where know and willingly masked. When notified the answer was 'You signed a n As-Is form" Stay away if you don't want to have a bad experience.

I named my 1999 Ford Taurus BETTY, and I love it! Thanks again Howard and Sylvie for everything and the great quality of your service and your vehicles.

Buying a car from Hhott Car Sales was truly a pleasurable experience. The transaction was completely done via phone, online messaging and US mail. I've never experienced more wonderful people than Howard and Sylvie in the car sales business. They are true gems. Honest, Professional, Thorough, and Down to Earth are a few words that would describe them. I received the car from an auto transport and it is everything that Howard said it was. My old car "Brad" was not doing well. With a family of 6, I had to act fast. I saw the perfect car online at HOTT SALES.com. I spoke to Howard and he decided to take a chance on a sweet girl from Lakeland. Everything was seamless, proper and professional! The car is beautiful and runs great!
