So today I was just set in a Kia but I’m a first time buyer and have pretty bad credit. But Glenda still got me in a car what’s even better is that same brand as my dad and in my favorite color! The process is pretty long but my dad told me it’s the same any where else. Glenda was very patient with my two-year-old son also even though he was getting in the way. The only issue I had was the people who I guess where on break were also in the waiting/ break room. The conversation there were having about women really bother me and need to be held somewhere else. But over all my experience here was great!

Kevin Hughes greeted me at the door and asked specific questions of what I am looking for. He also asked if I have been here before. He kept me informed of everything that was going on.

My Wife in I could not make a good deal on a 3 row SUV, however Joe the employee at Eastern Motor. Temple Hills was absolutely the best. Joe broke his neck trying to help us get a good deal on what we wanted. Might not have worked out with the SUV of our choice, but I can honestly say that Joe cares about his customers.
