I brought my vehicle in for a noise that I heard.
I brought my vehicle in for a noise that I heard. I having been bring my vehicle back and forth about the noise. It was fixed but started making the noise again. When I was checking out I asked about the noise I was brushed off. The way I was talked to was very rude. I understand that sometimes you may not heard the noise but if a customer has been coming back and forth, just take one minute to hear them out. I was informed o we did not here the noise and you can just bring it back. I asked if one of the techs could ride with me. As soon as we pulled off the noise was there. I informed the tech and he said o yes I do hear it. I was informed that i had to bring it back so they could order the part. I informed them something needed to be done. That is why I made the appt in the first place and that I live to fear to be coming back and forth. The tech was able to order the part, and I will get a call when it arrives.

They had my car from September 4th until today when I picked it up and sent it to the recommended dealership from KIA of America. Manager refused warranty repair even after Kia of America initiated warranty request.

My experience with the service department was really professional. They were great communicators with me about what was happening with my car and when it would be ready for pick up. They had it done slightly before the time that they had told me they would and I appreciated that. The whole process of dealing with them was really great.
