Not what I expected but it was a holiday and they where busy, Lost my oppointment that was set up by phone,ask to make sure A couple things be taking care off,and where not, took a while to find A porter to get my keys and auto, not good for the first time being there But will try again it can only get better I think .

I was very happy with Mike. Also very happy with the deal we made. He did his best to make sure I would get the best deal. And I ended up better than I thought. I was very pleased with the overall service.

Luis is one of the friendliest yet professional agent I have encountered with in my quest of leasing a car. He was very patient, answered all questions and didn't push at all to make the purchase. Ii took me and my husband almost six hours to complete the purchase but he never showed any annoyance. The next day after the purchase we went back to the dealership to have him help us with some other set up that we were not familiar with. He showed us each and every feature of the car with a smile in the face. I highly recommend to ask for this person specially if you are a first time buyer.
