I would never advise anyone to do business with R21

I would never advise anyone to do business with R21 Motorsports in Canal Fulton, Ohio. My interaction with Matt Mayle was unprofessional and condescending. The vehicle I inquired about was exactly what I was looking for, but the Experian AutoCheck report showed a duplicate title, which raised serious concerns. Naturally, I asked for clarification by email — any reasonable buyer would want to understand the situation. Instead of addressing my concern or explaining the status of the duplicate title, Matt Mayle dismissed me with the exact words: “You can easily research what a duplicate title means.” That kind of “figure it out yourself” response showed a complete lack of professionalism and care. Customers expect transparency, not dismissiveness — especially when it comes to something as important as vehicle ownership. This attitude was the red flag I needed to decide not to invest my time or money with this dealership. If you value respect and honesty, I strongly recommend finding a dealer who actually cares about their customers. Potential Concerns of Duplicate Title: • Fraud risk: If someone requests a duplicate while the original still exists, it can raise the possibility of fraud (e.g., selling the car twice or hiding liens). • Hidden liens: A duplicate title might indicate unresolved loans if the original had lien information. Always check that the duplicate shows the vehicle as lien-free. • Ownership disputes: If two people hold different titles for the same car (original vs. duplicate), the most recently issued title is typically considered the valid one. • Buyer caution: If you’re buying the car, a duplicate title isn’t automatically bad—but it should make you more careful about verifying ownership and lien status.

I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports.

I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports. After 4 days I began experiencing engine trouble. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, a practice I would recommend for ANY car purchase NOWADAYS. The warranty broker Nick S. worked tirelessly with the dealer to work out a solution that worked for all parties involved. This was an unfortunate situation, but to Tad and the dealership's credit they stood behind the product they sold and worked out a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Based on my experience with a difficult situation that they stepped up on, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from R21.

My wife is looking to transition from her Mercedes into a

My wife is looking to transition from her Mercedes into a larger SUV, and after careful consideration, we narrowed our search down to the GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate and the Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum. During my search, I came across a Denali Ultimate at R21 Motorsports that matched our exact specifications. I submitted a request for contact, and from my very first interaction with Matt Mayle, I knew this wasn’t a dealership I wanted to do business with. For context, we are cash buyers prepared to purchase this $90,000 vehicle outright. However, instead of a professional and accommodating approach, Matt was dismissive and condescending. He emphasized that this was the only vehicle with this package within a 400-mile radius, which was irrelevant to me since I live several states away. I ended the conversation and moved on. The next day, Matt followed up via email, asking if I wanted to make an offer. I responded, pointing out that their pricing was roughly $10,000 over fair market value. His response? "We’re too high, and you’re too cheap." That response alone speaks volumes about the dealership’s attitude toward potential buyers. It’s no surprise that the dealership’s reviews reflect similar experiences. If this is how they treat a serious, well-qualified buyer, I can only imagine the experience others have had. Needless to say, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Brandon was great!

Brandon was great! By far the best experience I've had at a dealership. They didn’t try to oversell and straight to the point. I knew what I wanted and they picked up on it right away and worked well with me. Not overwhelming at all. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

The 2008 F450 was my vehicle.

The 2008 F450 was my vehicle. The lender sold it back to the dealership. I spent $14,000 on that truck with my trade-in. It was broke down every week. It was in the shop. They suck as a dealership I still have not received my money from them I’m about to call the Better Business Bureau on them
