Went in for maintenance and to address electrical issues
Went in for maintenance and to address electrical issues that I have been experiencing with the cameras and power mirrors, but mainly to address transmission issues. The truck hadn?t even gotten to 40,000 miles and the transmission was slipping, it?s been getting progressively worse. Unfortunately no help was given in order to address these issues. They strictly wanted to just get the oil change done, didn?t even offer to help with setting up another appointment to get the other issues looked at.

Franklin is the man! If you need help he will hook you up. He got me into a better vehicle rolled over my negative equity in the new loan and made it happen for me. Thank you I am happy with this new Tacoma and I have no regrets

I leased a Canyon truck. Cameron gave excellent service, he was very friendly and professional. Since this was the first time I leased he made the process easy and understandable. He helped with the trade-in and we did a drive in the truck. His mannerisms are excellent and his dress code smart. I was completely happy with our connection.
