This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from this Dealership. The process was so easy. I will continue to go to this Dealership and nowhere else.

Ken and his family are dedicated in finding good used cars. inspecting, cleaning and repairing as needed before selling and standing by their sale. This is the 3rd auto we have bought from AKJ in ~10 years, all ran with no major problems or issues and still have a 2001 Jeep that Margo gave up over 6 years ago! Thanks Margo!! And when you visit the lot make sure you bring some dog treats!

MY DAUGHTER WAS LOOKING FOR A USED CAR WHEREAS HERS WAS TOTALED IN AN ACCIDENT A MONTH EARLIER. SHE LOOKED AT SEVERAL OTHER DEALERSHIPS BUT SAW SOME VECHCLES THAT REALLY NEEDED WORK BUT THE SALES PEOPLE WERE LIKE SEAGULLS GOING AFTER A FRENCH FRY IN A PARKING LOT AFTER BEING DISGUSTED AND ALL I FOUND A DEALERSHIP ON THE INTERNET AND LOOKED AT EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAD . AT FIRST SHE DID NOT WANT TO GO BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE LIKE THE OTHER DEALERS.TRYING TO GET YOU TO BUY SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T WANT . SO I CONVINCED HER TO JUST STOP IN AND TAKE A PEAK. SHE SAID OK WE WENT IN AND LOOKED AND SAW SEVERAL VECHCLES THAT SHE LIKED AFTER A WHILE SHE SAW A FORD EXPLORER AND SAID "WOW" DAD LOOK AT THIS WE LOOKED AT IT AND THEN WENT INSIDE TO SEE ABOUT IT . THE GIRLS INSIDE (BRIE) SAID WOULD YOU LIKE THE KEYS AND GO FOR A TEST DRIVE ? MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY DELIGHTED AND SAID YES. SHE WENT FOR A RIDE AND LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SUV. THEY AGREED WITH THE PRICE THAT SHE OFFERED AND DID THE P/S RIGHT THERE BRIE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS, AND ANSWERED ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS ASKED . THIS IS A "NO PRESSURE" DEALERSHIP EVERY CAR AND TRUCK HAS A WARRANTEE, VERY CLEAN AND DETAILED, AND EVERYTHING IS JUST AWSOME I REALLY THINK THAT THIS DEALERSHIP IS A GREAT ONE FOR ANYBODY THAT IS LOOKING FOR A REAL GOOD CAR OR TRUCK AND THEY ARE VERY HONEST WHEN DEALING WITH THEM MY DAUGHTER IS VERY VERY HAPPY WITH HER FORD EXPLORER SUV AND THAT MAKES ME HAPPY AS WELL . AND THE ONLY OTHER THING THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY IS : A.K.J AUTO "YOUR AWSOME"!!.

After looking around and reading some reviews I decided to call and then stop in to AKJ. Reviews are accurate as far as a non pushy and relaxed dealership. I looked over several vehicles without being approached. There were a couple in my range and style, after taking a test ride, I dealt with Ken and we came to an agreement on the Jeep. There was a slight paperwork issue which was resolved by the next business day. Secondary issue on paperwork was also minor, needed to relay my plate number for them for the registry, that should of been noted on the top right of the agreement. Odd how I knew that, but again, small minor issue, easily resolved. That info can be found under the Massachusetts 7 Day Transfer Law. After taking the vehicle, when a minor mechanical problem arose, it was dealt with as promptly as it could of been. Ken did his best to work around my schedule with his mechanic and also offered a secondary repair facility if it suited my schedule better. Honestly, it's a decent dealership with decent vehicles. Worth a look if you're in the market for a vehicle at a decent price. Overall a good experience and a better than average chance I'd look again there if the need for another vehicle arose.

I have experienced many dealerships in my life. The pushy, over the shoulder, on your back salesmen that follows you throughout your visit as you look at cars. AKJ employees DON'T do this. They great you with a smile and makes your visit comfortable with no pressure. When it came down to picking out a vehicle, I test drove it and inspected it with a fine tooth comb. When I came back and noticed some discrepancies, Ken sent the vehicle to his personal mechanic (Kyle) and fixed and replaced everything. Amazing! Most dealerships won't do this after you drive off the lot. This was the best car buying experience in my life. The staff is caring and friendly. I am referring all my friends and family to Ken for their car buying experience. And when it comes back to buying another vehicle....I am going back to AKJ Auto Sales, period! This is a 5 star auto dealership and I highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!

Our family has been frequenting AKJ for a few years now. I've bought two cars there, my mother just got one from them and my stepbrother bought a truck from AKJ recently, too. The Healy family are genuinely nice people. They go above and beyond to make a normally stressful experience easy. I would gladly recommend using their dealership.
