I came in this morning an had excellent service. Rich showed me varias cars and told me about all the cars of each an everyone of them. I made my choice within a few minutes. Thanks to the excellent service received I would definitely recommend other people to come check motor mall and talk to Rich.

Came in tuesday, place was closed For inventory check, left and came back the following Monday and worked ant a awesome deal with lawson on a beatifull dull Kia optima. Fully satisfied would deffetnally recommended.

Great place new just got a nice 2014 Chrysler 200 with 500dn

Got a nice car with warranty navigation all the bells and whistles for 500 down. My salesperson Sophia was great and lawson was awesome too.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

These guys are crooks. They take your money and then claim you haven't paid them and are in default which is such xxxxxxxx. Don't do ANY business with these jerks.

Repo when payment was made. Taking their time

My sister car note is clearly paid. Email confirmation and money order receipt. Yet she is waiting now 2days for Catherine Rose in finance who doesn't answer the phone or work 10 to 4:30 to release her car. She's knew what was going on before close of business. Wow!!!!!!

staff was nice . i went to get a truck . they had a few with warranty but i need to save up for down payment 1000 dollars .

Terrible Customer Service

I see all these good reviews but when I comes o my personal situation I had poor service. I was a out of state buyer and the car I was interested in only had 3 outside pictures. I'm currently 6 hours from their location and when I asked to see some inside pictures they denied. They made excuses that it was too busy and that there not allowed to. I asked to speak to the manager and he was never there. I don't know how local buyers feel about this dealership but I am very disappointed in their customer service. As a out of state buyer they should work with me in order to satisfy my need. I told them I was very serious in buying if it was what I was looking for but they refused to.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place and these people are a joke. They are all scammers and liars. Customer service does not exist. The cars are all trash. My brother needs to register his car in another state and they are keeping the title hostage. After he told me they kept giving me the run around, I called myself. The customer service rep was rude and disgusting. She wouldn't tell me her name and refused to transfer me to her boss, saying she couldn't remember his name. They think it's funny to play with peoples lives.

TOTAL RIP OFF

BE very careful, most of the contracts are "lease agreements" but they don't tell you that when you sign. they will distract you while signing
