Everyone was great and ready to please. They brought the product to us, made sure we had something to drink because it was very hot. Tried to meet all our needs and actually did.

Sales and Financial representatives were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. I DID NOT feel pressured or hurried as we worked through the many and varied options available to me.

The Future Ford service staff are efficient, prompt and informative. They even washed my 2010 Ford Escape. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, it will be another Ford, because Ford makes an excellent product.
