I've had the pleasure of working with many Service

I've had the pleasure of working with many Service Advisors over the years. Some of them pretty good. Joe Duncan is an absolute diamond. Here's why I say that. I live in Coarsegold, CA. That is over 40 miles to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Because of the nature of the previous repair to my 2014 Dodge Charger, I was forced to have a LYFT driver take me from the dealership. When Joe confirmed that the "tie rods" needed to be replaced, he arranged an appointment for me to bring the car in first thing in the morning and put the repair in "waiter" status. Because part of the repair included a wheel alignment, he told me it could take up to four hours. In less than two hours, Joe let me know the repair was complete. Not only did he keep his word, but in partnership with his team, the repair took less than two hours. That is extraordinary customer service. How many service advisors in that club still around. If you have a concern with your vehicle, regardless of brand, make Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram your first stop. You'll be glad you did. And By the way, ask for Joe!

I took our truck in for a safety recall part.

I took our truck in for a safety recall part. When I came to pick up my truck I was told that I would have to bring it back. That a clamp had been broken by the mechanic and was on order. Then after leaving the service dept my check engine light came on that evening. A neighbor friend ran a diagnostic on it and found issue to believe related to recall fix and Opened the hood to find a hose was not reattached and a nut was left off on a bolt. (Have photos). I Called the service agent and left a message in the morning and didn’t receive a call back until end of that day to discuss my call. He seemed annoyed with me and said to bring it back in the morning and they look at it.

Oscar has alway been a tremendous advisor and advocate

Oscar has alway been a tremendous advisor and advocate for my family and we are extremely please with the service and support he and the Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team have provided to me and my wife. Most recently, the radio on our infotainment center was having issues. Oscar and team methodically diagnosed the issue and worked with me to resolve the defective radio and had it replaced. Even the ability to work collaboratively on the cost sharing was tremendously generous of the team at Fresno Chrysler! Thank you for your consistent generosity and knowledge over the year!

Joe is a diamond.

Joe is a diamond. Here's why. I live in Coarsegold, 44 miles away. Joe confirmed that my 2014 Charger needed tie rods to be replaced, and that the repair would be covered under my "Max Care" Warranty. He was kind enough to book an appointment for the repair, putting me in as a "waiter". I arrived at the dealership at 7:50. On my arrival, Joe came out, and took the car right into the shop. In less than two hours, the repair was completed. In another life, I worked for LITHIA and got to understand what the service advisor position is tasked with. His is a job for a multi-task wizard. He handles it well, is courteous, friendly, engaging and detail oriented. I'm very grateful to have worked with him. He represents the brand and your dealership extraordinarily. Regards, Barry Bagus
