Bought a vehicle from MetroWest. Had a problem , called Chris brought the car back. The problem was handled by Chris and solved. Nice person to do business with. Both he and Vanessa are cooperative and professional. Will definetly recommend this dealership.

In the market to buying an SUV for my family of 5, I needed a 3rd row seat. I passed by and went back later on to try one out. After each time I came back from a test drive, Chris had another SUV waiting for me. This happened three times. It was after he was closed for business when he said not to worry about the time. He was very knowledgeable about each SUV. This happened on a Saturday. I put a deposit on Monday and was driving the SUV home on Wednesday with registration and sticker in hand. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and buy from Metrowest Auto again.

As a long-time and very satisfied service Customer at Crank It Over, when Chris took over Metro West Auto Sales I knew it would be a place to check the next time I needed a car. They did not disappoint! I recently purchased an older, low mileage GMC Sonoma for a very fair price that they had taken in, did some body and mechanical work, and put up for sale. I love this little truck, it's just what I wanted for odd errands around town. I was impressed that there were no extra "dealer fees" for paperwork or getting the truck registered for me. Shortly after I picked it up, the check engine light came on, and I noticed there was water collecting in the cab by the passenger seat. Chris and his team diligently tracked down the engine light problem, which was fixed with a new fuel pump, and found a clogged drain that was causing the water issue. Where they really went above and beyond my expectations was removing the interior to make sure the flooring and insulation was fully dried out so there won't be any mold issues down the road. Thank you Chris and Vanessa, and the entire team, for making this car buying experience painless, and for standing by your vehicles!

I can't say enough how great our experience was at Metro West Auto! First off Malcolm is an absolute professional! From the second I spoke to him, he treated us like we were his #1 priorty. Was straight forward the whole time and honest with everything. I bought a 2007 Nissan Frontier and the truck is excellent!! When we went to pick it up it was super clean likr it brand new!! I was looking for a particular used car and found it at Metro West Auto on the cars.com website. I went down to look at it...loved it...and we were able to come to a deal very quickly. They are professional, but laid back and never pushy. I had been to two other dealerships and did not like their "tactics." However, I would not hesitate to go back to Metro West Auto and I recommend them highly!

I was looking for a collector type car, a Cadillac Allante, and the owner of this small used-car dealership, Malcolm Porter had one he had been using as his summer-fun car. It was very nice, exactly as it had been described when I called in advance, and priced reasonably. There was little pressure to buy, and no pushy sales tactics. I might have returned to buy it, except that I have changed my mind about buying one.
