I brought my 2008 Escape Hybrid in for a recall. The service itself was great. Scheduling was a little difficult; I felt that the scheduler was trying to convince me not to make an appointment, even though I had received a letter from Ford that parts were available for my recall. Dropping off was seamless, but pick up could have been faster.

Top notch service
Scot Oborn was my service advisor and he's as good as they come. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He set the right expectations from the start, telling me that he will check out my CMAX Energi error codes and let me know what he sees. As soon as he finds out the information, he updates me and lets me know the expected fix time. I enjoy working with Scot and look forward to working with him for all my Ford service needs. Experienced Service Rep., knows his stuff!
My Service Rep., Scot Oborn continues to best the best person i have encountered in my may years of taking cars in for service or repair. He has made me feel more confident about my ownership of a Ford product that we may buy another one soon. Scot is extremely knowledgeable which feel my car is in the right hands. Towne Ford dealer
We were interested in a 2014 Ford Expedition EL. The salesman, Kevin Ibarra, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the suv. He explained everything and took us for a test drive. We went back a few days later and also looked at a Ford Flex. At that time we were going to buy either car but had to leave as we got a call that our daughter was very sick and needed to be picked up in San Francisco. Kevin was very gracious and understanding. He called back to see if we needed anything. We had been to other dealers to see cars but were not impressed with the sales people. Kevin impressed us quite a bit. My husband told him we would buy from him and we did. Kevin also set up an appointment to go over everything in the suv with us. He goes the extra mile for his customers. We love the suv and are very satisfied with the quality of service we received.

Great Service - Professional Service Team
I have a 2013 Expedition - Every 5,000 miles I schedule a service appointment.
