The professionalism and the efficientness of my experience was amazing!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to non-existent. They are rude and the service manager has no concern for customer satisfaction. We had to purchase a new vehicle, and due to the service departments rudeness and poor service, we chose to go elsewhere. I have even contacted the General Manager and he has still not responded to my concerns. I do not recommend their service department. I have been extremely disappointed. And yes, I have communicated my concerns with them and they did not care. The service manager simply waved at me from her office and refused to come talk to me.
