This has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever gone too. They don't care about there customers all they care about is the money the guy that helped me purchase my car was a cool guy but when I came back for help and service everyone else was just horrible , they have the worst customer service , very unorganized, and for the worst part kept sending me back and forth (all I was trying to do was a get my wheel lock key back that went missing after I took it in to there service center WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED BACK )between there dealerships what kind of business is that. I'm leaving customer service at no answer simply because there isn't a option for no starts they deserve no stars

Only place I considered for my car purchase
Car hunting can be stressful. There are so many pushy dealerships and salesmen, so seeing Diana's cheerful face and smile made me feel welcome from the beginning! Throughout the entire process, this dealership worked with me in order to get the best price possible for my new 2017 Corolla when no other dealership would. I was apprehensive to buy a new vehicle but Pranay, Mike and Diana made me leave feeling highly satisfied and part of their team. Great deal, great staff, and I'm really happy with my purchase here.

Amazing Customer Support!
Purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav (in 2017) and had gone to a LOT of different dealerships. My experience with Socrates definitely takes the cake. He was helpful without being pushy, honest and enthusiastic. He was actually really funny and fun to talk to also. But MOST importantly he was patient and informative with making me feel 100% secure on my decision. Highly recommend!

Absolutely pleasant Experience at Toyota Sunnyvale
I had a wonderful experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. My salesperson was Dhanen Shah. He made the process amazingly quick and easy. I'm a very indecisive person and he had a lot of patience with me and seemed like he genuinely cared about what better suits my needs. Shah took the time to sit down and show me all the new features in my car and was very knowledgeable about the Tacoma I purchased. In the past I have dealt with salespeople who are very pushy and just looking to make a sale but he was different. I feel that I got a great deal on my car and I absolutely love it. Thanks Shah! Many thanks for providing the best deal in town
I was looking for an affordable used car which can also run for long stretches once in a while. I went to the dealership by reading some reviews about them online and Man! I was surprised. In the parking lot itself, we were greeted by this amazing sales person 'Raj George', who showed us different options based on our budget. He showed two models of Toyota Corolla - 2014 & 2016. I took them for test drives and liked them both. Both had very few miles on them. In the end I settled in for the 2016 model. I went in the next day to complete some formalities and drove the car home in a couple of hours. Overall it was a really good experience for me purchasing the car from them. Hope they keep the same level of service when I take my car for some maintenance work later (if needed).
