Outstanding & faster service, good coffee

Service was faster than used to be, before I had to wait a "long time" for somebody to check my car and start helping me, this time was faster and the service outstanding.

I really liked how the service manager explained everything that was done. He showed me what warranty I purchased and how much time/mileage was left.

First service for a certified car

Made the appointment very easy. All staff were nice and patient. Quick and clear instruction. I especially like the Kid's space which can settle my two-year-old daughter.

Courteous and Great service

Mr.Millis was courteous and patiently walked me through the service that needs to be done. He also sorted out an issue with the prepaid service plan I had. I was given a loaner car free of charge since they needed more time to replace vent .I would recommend ToyotaSunnyvale
