Good Customer Service 🙂

I went to this SFToyota last February to look for a vehicle. Mr. Steve Sunny Chen was my sale person. He is very helpful, friendly, honest and polite. Thank you, Mr. Chen for your help during purchase of my Highlander Hybrid XLE 2023. I highly recommend the SF Toyota to my friends and family.

Ripped off twice by this dealership.

First time I went was to replace a stolen catalytic converter on my Prius. They completed the job (at about twice the going rate) and then sold me a shield to prevent further thefts. They told me this high priced shield would stop further thefts, a few months later with the shield, it got stolen again. I didn't really want the shield but they convinced me. Next time I gave them another chance (big mistake). They wanted 1150.00 minimum to replace a coolant flow valve. Other shops charge about half. They charged me 220.00 to tell me I needed I new valve which I already new and wouldn't release the car until I paid up. Please don't throw away your money here!!

Honesty and Transparency

I was coming in from out of town, so I needed to have my information before renting a 1-way vehicle and driving several hours out to SF. Steven answered every question (and I had tons) with such detail and accuracy that he was 100% the deciding factor in choosing this dealership. Anything I required to make my decision was provided immediately and with absolute transparency. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle there were no surprises. The entire process took maybe an hour, and a lot of that was a test drive and waiting on DMV paperwork. That hour definitely wasn't spent worrying that something would change last minute, instead we got to enjoy the excitement of a new vehicle with no stress. If you're looking for transparency and straight transaction with no "gimmicks", I HIGHLY recommend San Francisco Toyota!

very knowledgeable but not at all pushy

Ryan was very familiar with every feature of this CRV , even though it's a Toyota dealership. He was very easy to work with.

Satisfied Customer

My experience at SFToyota was overall quite positive. The sales person I worked with was Jerel. Unlike some sales people his manner was very easy going and no pressure. I can honestly say the Jerel is the main reason I chose to purchase my car at SFToyota. I am very happy with my new car!

I?d recommend that if you?re looking for any type of vehicle, please see San Francisco Toyota. I?ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership already and always left happy, they?ll even give you a ride and drop off your vehicle to your home and I live 50 miles away.

A joyous car buying experience!

We made an internet inquiry about the vehicle we wanted and the trim and options we'd prefer. Anthony Hom got back to us very quickly and sent us a possible match. It turned out that it was sold to another customer, but he kept in touch and updated about the vehicle. He sent us a quote that seems fair for a vehicle that included everything we asked for as well as some extra options. He was responsive throughout the whole purchasing process that took a few weeks because it was hard to locate our specified vehicle model, trim, and options, but he made it work! Other dealerships tried recommending other vehicle models and trims, and even tried to sell us various used cars-- basically did not really listen to our list of requirements. Anyway, we would highly recommend Anthony H if you'd like to work with an honest, efficient, and personable salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about all the features too. On the day of pick up, he went above our expectations to get us settled, making sure the vehicle was spotless and set up with all the features we wanted active, setting up our first maintenance appointment (even though it was not at SF Toyota), and waving us off the lot. A few days later, he followed up to check on whether we had any questions or issues. Wonderful service! I'd highly recommend this dealership if you can get an appointment with Anthony Hom.

Friendly and Helpful

I had a great experience with David L. at SF Toyota. I reached out to David L. by email about the possibility of buying the 2018 camry . He kept in touched with me on when the camry will arrive and answered any questions I may have. I finally decided to go down for a test drive and meet David. He was friendly and I felt no pressure to buy the camry. When I made my decision to buy the camry the process went smooth. The only hiccup is when I went to finalize the transaction it took a little longer than I expected. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.
