I worked with Ryan Dong on the purchase and Tamara on the financing. I like the non-haggling concept of the sale. I bought a used 2013 Toyota Sienna, very clean. Ryan explained all the new features of the van, I had an older Sienna previously. He also kept me in the loop as to how long the whole process was going to take since there were so many buyers that day. Working with Tamara on the loan was a breeze as well, as all the forms were digital - no more paper forms! I had to leave my truck their overnight since I couldn't drive both home. Ryan had is washed and cleaned! Outstanding customer service! I would buy from them again.

The service and promptness of my purchase was a great experience. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and this by far exceeded them all. I began with an online inquiry that was followed up by Sabrina and had everything wrapped up that day. It was amazing how fast, effecient and painless the process was. I have found a used Prius that matched my search, I called dealership, set an appointment the same afternoon with Ryan. We drove the car, explored options and everything was super smooth! The car is perfect, all the information were given in a clear way in a non pushy environment. The last part of the transaction (the generally stressful part where if you do not sign for all the insurances you are led to believe your car will explode on your way out and it will be your fault) was also smooth and everything was very professional. Recently, we purchased two vehicles from this dealership to replace our old vehicles. Although we went in to window shop to consider our options, we ended up purchasing the first vehicle right there on the spot. Christina, our sales manager, was very professional and reviewed all our needs and asked all the right questions. We thought it would take a while to find the right car, but they had it in stock. Since we found the right car, we ended up purchasing the car through financing with some great options. The entire process was painless and actually, it was very delightful. This led to our replacing our other car a couple months after. The dealer discounts were nice and the financing rates were very reasonable.

The staff at San Francisco Toyota is the most accommodating group of people I have met among all the previous dealerships I've been to. They reach out to you and make you feel like family, rather than a regular customer. We had the pleasure of working with Tani as our salesperson and he was so patient and understanding. This was my first new car buying experience, and he helped break everything down for me to make it as convenient as possible. They have a great selection of used cars and I got a great deal. I went home with a used Lexus and I cannot be happier about my purchase. Given the current stigma of car buying ranking up there with getting a tooth pulled. I found that working with Ryan Dong at the Van Ness location to be a breath of fresh air. His low key, no pressure approach puts me at ease and that's why I've bought my last 3 cars from this dealership (2 from Ryan). Both times that I've worked with Ryan, we did most of the work online via email. I highly recommend working with him and making an appointment as they keep most of their cars at several offsite storage locations.

I made my first ever automobile dealer auto purchase last Friday at San Francisco Toyota and my experience could not have been better. I had intentions on a particular used Prius that was on their website so I phoned Toyota and Ryan answered the phone. He advised me that the car was available and was in great condition. Without hesitation, I rushed over to see the car. I liked what I saw, took a test drive and decided to purchase it right away. Ryan and his staff streamlined the whole financing process and I was in and out of there in 2 hours. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience.
