Best car buying experience ever!
I have purchased several vehicles over the years, always have felt that I was being taking advantage by the sales agent and manager. This time was a truly exceptional experience, the sales agent Hameed and the manager were extremely friendly, trustworthy, patient, not once I felt pressured, even though it was at the end of the day. I was able to get an almost new Sienna, at a fair price, and my trade in vehicle was purchased at a fair price as well, I thought it was worth more, but who does not. After checking online data, I think both transactions, trade in and purchase were very fair, and the process was more efficient and less stressful that any of my previous car buying experiences. I truly recommend this dealership, Hameed and the manager for your future toyota car.

Service is Toyota Quality
The whole thing was easy. Easy to schedule an appointment. Advisor wrote me up quickly and arranged a ride home. The 5,000-mile service was done competently, and the car was ready when I came to pick it up.

Although this dealership is close to me in Palo Alto -
Although this dealership is close to me in Palo Alto - Will not recommend this place. $8K markup on RAV4??. While I can get the same car with no markup from Toyota101 - 6 miles away. In addition the ads are misleading - They advertise MSRP - when user goes to the website - the price is MSRP + $8000 = so this is unethical advertising.

Greedy dealership
Selling a Sequoia $30k over MSRP, such greed. Will look at dealership not trying to scam their customers. They obviously only care about money, and have no interest in getting the best deal to their customers.

The service department is excellent in Palo Alto Toyota. They take their time and listen to your issue. My adviser is great, he will personally sit in the car and test the problem
