I recently had to bring my car in for an urgent check engine light issue, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service experience at BMW Concord. Dealing with an unexpected car issue is stressful, but the team here handled it in the most professional and attentive manner possible. My service advisor, Miguel, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my service experience is excellent every single time. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Even though Miguel was quite busy with his scheduled appointments, the service people who greet you outside were quick to take my information and expedite the process, which I greatly appreciated during an urgent visit. While I waited, I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention from the staff. Several people checked up on me and acknowledged that I was waiting—it made me feel valued and not forgotten, even during a busy morning. This continuous check-in is a testament to the dealership's focus on customer comfort. A special mention must go to the two gentlemen working in the Loaner Department. They provided service that was both very professional and attentive. The loaner process was smooth and quick, which was essential given my car's unexpected issue. Despite the frustrating issue with my car, I truly can't say enough good things about my service experience. From dealing with my service advisor Miguel and the proactive folks that greet you in the service lane, to the professional Loaner Department, the level of service was outstanding. Absolutely excellent service by Miguel my service advisor. I needed new tires and BMW was by far less expensive than Wheel Works. They stand behind their work and offer discounts when possible. I highly recommend them.

We arrived around 10:00 AM and didn’t leave until about 1:30 PM, so the process took some time — but it was absolutely worth it. I’m beyond satisfied with my new BMW; it exceeded all my expectations. From designing the vehicle on the BMW USA website to tracking its journey from Germany, through production, painting, interior finishing, and finally to the dealership — it was exciting to see every step of the process come to life. Michael was a true professional — knowledgeable, patient, never pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best decision. The entire experience felt smooth, transparent, and customer-focused from beginning to end. 10/10 — I’d highly recommend BMW Concord to anyone looking for a premium car-buying experience done right.
