Great service
I was scheduled for oil change and was running late. I called (speaker on)to make sure I would still be seen or would I have to reschedule? I had to hang up and took the chance to still go. I was close to 30 minutes late . I thought for sure I would not be seen or worse get "attitude" but there was no hesitation to help me AND with a smile. I greatly appreciated the understanding and courteous help. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this dealership. Its a drive but worth the service. Thank you Elgin EVERYONE was very nice. One happy customer.

Proactive Customer Service
It was recommended that I get 4 new tires, and a quote was presented. I was able to find a better price elsewhere, but Rush agreed to match it. After the installation, I was puzzled by the statement. Before I could go back to question them, I got a call stating that a billing error had been discovered, and a check for the difference would be mailed to me that day. That proactive act was truly appreciated.
