Super friendly and accommodating staff.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The dealerships I had checked out before this would employ hostile sales tactics and other games to rush or force my would-be purchase. I was exhausted from going to these places when I dropped in on Mercedes Benz WC on a whim. Although I was just there to buy a used car Jose gave me the care and respect like I was buying the slickest Benz on the lot, no games, no pressure, just great transparency and assistance.

Dina was very friendly and gave us great options and info

Dina was very friendly and gave us great options and info about vehicles based on our preferences. We were looking at GLE 350 but because of the info that Dina gave we got GLE 450 plug in hybrid. Happy with the service from this dealership .

I purchased what was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned

I purchased what was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from this dealership in July 2025, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, the advertising was deceptive — photos conveniently hid missing window tint and a peeling steering wheel, issues that were never disclosed. When I asked about service history, I was told the car had recently undergone full Mercedes service, and the Carfax “just hadn’t updated yet.” That was a lie. I’ve since confirmed that none of those services were actually performed. To make matters worse, the dealership now claims my vehicle was sold “as is,” despite the fact that it was clearly marketed and sold to me as Certified Pre-Owned. That’s a major contradiction and a serious misrepresentation. They also said the car had four new tires — but only two were replaced. The other two are from 2018, which is far from safe or acceptable. My check engine light is now on, and a missing sensor was discovered — a separate issue that once again points to their failure to properly inspect the car. Throughout all of this, my calls and emails to the dealership and the sales manager have been completely ignored. I haven’t asked for anything unreasonable — just honesty and acknowledgment of the facts. What makes this even more painful is the timing. I’ve been recovering from back-to-back surgeries and navigating a very uncertain period in my life. This car was supposed to be a small piece of stability — my dream car and a bit of hope during a difficult transition. Instead, Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek has made that transition even harder through their dishonesty, lack of integrity, and disregard for their customers. If you value transparency, professionalism, or even basic decency, do not buy from this dealership. What they advertise and what you actually get are two entirely different things.

I am writing to let you know how deeply disappointed i am

I am writing to let you know how deeply disappointed i am about your sales person Marjorie Jimenez who until I signed the paper and she sold the car she was super nice typical sales tactic - but upon delivery and after driving 55 miles away I notice my home charger cable was not there so I called her and asked her and she said she would call me but never did when I called her after an hour she said she was with a client and could not bother answer the phone and when I called the general number some obnoxious sales person or receptionist named Janae answered and would not let me talk to anyone except Marjorie and she insisted I come back 55 miles to the dealership even though I told how far it is and I finished to lie saying I wanted to buy a new vehicle to to get to talk to a another sales person. And that person connected me with the sales manager and I was able to explain the case and even after that interaction Marjorie called after an hour saying she will let me know the next day so she did the next day saying she will be shipping the charger to my house and when I followed up today to ask if it was shipped and if there was a tracking number no answer. So all of this to tell I have bought 11 vehicles in my life this is the first time being treated this way. I reported this dealer to BBB and write similar review on google so that folks stay away from this store this is unprofessional and you would not treat me this way if I was another type of person. Absolute incompetence and disrespect.

Purchased a car cash and they were all over closing the

Purchased a car cash and they were all over closing the sale. Cant drive delivered vehicle because no plates. Quick responding team pre sale now crickets when I email asking when And how I will receive title so I can register. Graduate car was for = SAD
