Willie is the best!
Willie makes forking over "hundreds of dollars" to up keep my Lexus easy. He's personable and very accommodating. Owning a luxury car is tough, Willie makes it OK. In general, they do a great job on ones car.

Prompt and Courteous Service
10,000 Mile Service- done quickly and professionally. Appreciated the prompt attention. Car returned well within estimated time. Comfortable lounge area for waiting. Best part, was service department called me to book appointment, rather than the other way around!

Complimentary 6-months service
Expected a quick 30-minute service, after all, it is complimentary; instead received an almost 2 hour thorough service job including cleaning the vehicle. Very pleased with their thoughtful and careful service.

Reliable service
Arrived at 7 AM. Service advisor recommended all new tires, balance, and alignment. This made sense and I agreed. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area until the service was complete and the car washed. Now, the car runs like new.
