Bill and the dealership were both excellent.
Bill and the dealership were both excellent. We had to change appointment times twice and the were very helpful in that, They were patient when we were late due to traffic. Bill was careful and patient and detailed in every aspect of the purchase. Little did he know how crucial his sales efforts were to us. If he had not done a good job we were done looking and had decided to keep our current car. The fact that we drove away with the car we had chosen says it all! Well done Lexus and Bill. After purchase was equally positive..Well deserved 5 stars.

We are so impressed with Lexus and this dealership. It was professional and personable from the very beginning to the end. We were very well taken care-above and beyond. We bought 2 cars in the span of a few months (one with Bill and one with Carlos) We will definitely come back again for future car purchases. We did also use the service department and had Marcos as our advisor. He was top-notch and made sure to keep us informed of everything while taking care of all issues.
