Amir Virani from Stevens Creek Mazda made my purchase for a 2014 Mazda MX-5 very simple and hassle free. Amir explained the history of the vehicle and eased any concerns I had about the vehicle. I didnt feel pressured to buy and wasnt getting up sold. Amir was gave me honest feedback. I truly appreciate the customer service he provided. A+.

It was a pleasure working with Asia. He listened to my concerns, recognized that I was looking at CX-50, for its high gas mileage & safety features, and helped me get the best deal right for me. He took the time to go over every detail on both the premium and premium plus trim models. While developing the contract, the one time he didn’t know the answer to my question he excused himself to get clarification from a sales manager which I appreciated. When my friends are looking for a no-hassle car purchase I will certainly suggest they visit your dealership and ask for Asia. Since my purchase, I have purchased two items from the Stevens Creek Mazda service department. How may I receive current pricing and future parts/accessory specials? Please forward my appreciation to Asia.

Very organized service department, and all the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The service area and showroom are both very clean and welcoming. And they offer a number of free loaner cars while you're vehicle is being repaired which is very convenient.

Bri is definitely a 10/10! She's very professional, friendly and responsive. When we didn't like the color of the initial car, she quickly offered other options and handled additional requests with enthusiasm and patience. Highly recommend her for her excellent service!

Stevens Creek Mazda provides top notch service. I’ve ha 3 Mazda cars and absolutely love these cars. The service department at this location is the best. They are understanding, and provide thorough explanations when I need repairs. All of the service agents are friendly and professional. Always trust these guys to help me feel confident and safe on the road.

This was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so polite, and patient, and helped us understand every aspect of the buying experience.

Prior to my trip to Mazda, I had a terrible experience at Ford. The staff was moody and gave a lot of attitude. Mazda from the moment I stepped in was great. Asia sent me a video showing me a vehicle I inquired about. He gave off such a positive energy and that’s what got me to come in. Finalizing the deal was pleasant. Staff was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. This was my first time buying a car and I feel comfortable giving my money to this company. Thank you Mazda!

Honest negotiations and the process was relatively fast once we agreed on a number and got to signing paperwork. We were there for about 2-3 hours after we agreed on a number beforehand. Justin was helpful in helping me figure out the car I want and was receptive to any questions I had. When I declined the extended warranty or maintenance, I did not feel like I was being judged for declining.
