I bought a 2026 CX 50 hybrid.

I bought a 2026 CX 50 hybrid. The sales process was efficient. The car was ready when promised - nice and clean. I'm trying to understand the touch screen. This is not a dealership issue but PR issue. I've looked at many YouTube videos and it's still confusing. It should be intuitive, not challenging. I may stop by a dealership and request 1:1 help if the videos don't answer my questions.

We visited at the end of 2025 to shop for an affordable Certified Pre-owned CX-30. The sales representative Sepesi was very helpful to walk us through the candidate car and the test drive. He listened and understood our needs patiently. We were happy with the final results.

A very pleasant, honest, low-stress experience. I felt like the Sales (Jonathan Maldonado) and Finance staff (Jesus Hernandez) at this dealership were on my side working together to reach a good deal for me, the customer. At other dealerships that I visited, I felt like Sales was scheming against me and putting my needs second to theirs. I was in and out with a new car quickly - no B.S., no tricks, no games.

The sales person, Alexis, was very fine.

The sales person, Alexis, was very fine. His manner, knowledge, and level of service is superb! He constitutes my very best experience in buying cars for decades. Mr. Bomdad, the manager, was also quite helpful and friendly in trying to find the model I wanted and then in offering very reasonable pricing throughout the deal.
