Used to be a great dealership, it’s gone downhill, service dept has inept people working, running the program, that lie to your face, the Normandin family that owns the dealership have no spine, and could care less about offering even fair customer service

I’m so happy I found this dealership to buy my dream

I’m so happy I found this dealership to buy my dream truck. The service I received was amazing. From speaking to Raul the moment I arrived to speaking to Scott, Todd, Henry was nothing but amazing costumer service. Definitely made my wife and I feel welcomed and more so extremely happy we were able to drive off with the vehicle we’ve always wanted. Thanks again to all the people that were part of this deal that made this experience great.

Waste of money and time!

waste of money and time! Here's what happened: They charged me $599 to diagnose the 2 following problems: 1/  The jerking problem in my car during acceleration. About which Reyes said:" The  reason is the front right axle. It needs to be replaced." So I asked him:" so if I change the right axle,  will the car stop jerking? Reyes responded :" no, we're not sure!" And my question is:" Reyes,  if you're not sure,  why did you charge me for the diagnosis!!??" 2/ To further diagnose the code P0129. Which is related to weak engine vacuum, about which Reyes said :" it's the code P0129 . Your engine's vacuum is weak. " If you want to know the exact reason,  you gonna have to pay $700 more." And my question is:" Dear Reyes,  I knew already it was P0129. What did you charge me money for!?" In conclusion,  I ended up spending more than 800 bucks including uber and uhaul rental cars.  Not to mention the orders that I canceled to talk to Reyes.  All that hassle for ZERO achievement! Last update: An honorable mechanic has replaced the map sensor, and the engine light is gone, and now the car is driving like new! The map sensor cost me $23 and the mechanic charged me $125 for an hour of labor. Had I continued with this dealership, I'd be bankrupt now, because they're not really interested in helping the customer. all they want is money!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I bought a 2013 Ford F250 the beginning of July 2020. Traveled from out of town to come to the dealer and look at it. When arriving at the dealer there was a few minor issues with windows and mirrors that they failed to mention when I had talk to them the day before on the phone. At that point I should have just walked away. We ended up making a deal and I drove the vehicle home, before arriving to my hometown the vehicles check engine light came on and die On me while driving on the freeway. I was able to pull over try to diagnose the problem and the book said I was out of DEF. I then went to a truckstop and purchased DEF and filled the vehicle. I took the vehicle to my local Ford dealer they recommended changing the fuel filters. I paid to have that work done out of my own pocket and I had not even owned the vehicle 24 hours yet. A few days later the vehicle died on me three times. Coming home from that same trip died on me many times. Call the dealership they refused to help me. I took the vehicle to my local Ford dealer where they started to run diagnostic on it. They finally figured out the issue but the dealer refuses to help pay for the repairs. The repairs are going to be around $9000. I have contacted the dealer many times and they are refusing to help. The only thing they recommend me doing is filing an insurance claim stating that somebody tampered with the fuel system. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with in my life..........
