Yes I was upset of something but Elena used her professionalism and expertise she explain it to me very well she's understand how to deal a hard headed like me and I really appreciated that she took time to listen and patiently execute with clearly explanation .. it clear that she's knows how control ( guy like me ) with the rough days come she's knows what to do.. that's a gift. Elena have a gift and shouldn't be forgotten and should be rewarded for her greatness.. Thank you for having her she make my day wonderful.
