Just bought an Elantra. The deal was brokered by Nick Fascetta, the Auto Inspector. That guy does great work. I wouldn't have even made it up to Lisle if it wasn't for Nick.

Very satisfying buying experience
These guys are great. I have bought 4 cars from them now. No need to go anywhere else. Ali and Kabir are rock stars. They worked with me on my trade-in and made a very good offer to get me where I needed to be with the monthly payment. I bought the Clarity plug-in hybrid. The only thing they could have done better was to be more knowledgeable about the federal tax rebate for the Clarity, but my accountant gave me the info we needed. Loving the new car so far.

Friendly and rational
Our salesperson, Brian, was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. Everything was done in a timely manner, so we were not neglected nor rushed. Both he and our finance person, Shawn, happily and easily explained anything that seemed confusing. I did not personally speak with Mary, someone else in my party did, but they said she was pleasantly efficient.

A Comforting and Helpful place for a Big Decision
My experience was fantastic. This would be my first car and I was rather nervous about the whole thing. It's a big decision and can be very stressful. We met with Debby Pierce from Honda Lisle and she was an absolute pleasure to have worked with. She was very helpful in explaining and helping me understand the vehicle. Additionally, she was a very kind and patient and listened to my questions and concerns. She had initially helped out a different family member with a different car purchase and I am very happy to have worked with her for my car as well. At the end of it, I was very comfortable and happy with my decision.

Great experience
We had a great experience working with Brian Murphy. He was informative, friendly and accommodating in providing us with a lot of options to test drive. It was a no pressure experience. We couldn't be happier with our Honda Insight. We will definitely call Brian when it is time to buy a new Odyssey.

It was the best of times and NOT the worst of times
Getting a new car can be stressful and frustrating if not downright "the worst of times" BUT not with working with Mike Dalpino and his crew at Honda of Lisle. After leasing many cars over the last 15 years or so, I must say that working with Mike Dalpino has been easy, smooth and so very pleasant. He has consistently demonstrated utmost professionalism, courtesy and a desire to give us the best deal possible throughout the years. I must mention 1 other employee that was very helpful. I enjoyed working with Mike Harvey as well on this last lease. He got things done in a quick and efficient manner not to mention his professionalism and good humor. All in all, Honda of Lisle, keep up the great work you are doing!
