Mark, your review as well as your AKA/COUNTERPARTS of DR.L, M.S and MD are all untrue. The Camaro was delivered to your door from our independent transport company, the driver unloaded the car at your front gate and drove it up your driveway to your door and within one minute of you looking at the car you were upset, enough so that the driver was actually afraid to be in your presence. You wanted him to take the car back, and when he could not you called here immediately and became verbally abusive to the staff as well as the service manager threatening to call THE MARYLAND STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to seek help which goes without merit. There was no conversation as to why you were so upset just your reaction to go through the legal system! From the beginning of the process when you walked through our dealership doors in Rockville you have been involved in the process of the purchase and repainting of the car. Numerous emails between you and our service manager discussing your approval of the color, photos of the car being stripped and repainted, emails as to the start and finish of the car to the final video of the car being loaded on the transporters trailer were sent to you. You spoke AT our service manager never letting him get a word in to discuss what you are upset about and again threatened calling THE MARYLAND STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE without any explanation or merit as to why. In one of the several reviews you say "after delivering a car that was supposed to properly and freshly repainted, all I got was a car that looked like the painted it with a spray can in there back room. The car was only running on 7 cylinders" Again we have all of the emails of your approval as well as pictures to show the work that was done, as for the car running on your claimed "7 cylinders" maybe you are not familiar with how a big block Camaro engine sounds at idle and seeing how you never drove the car I am guessing that you are basing your accusation on listening to the car only. I am sure you are familiar with the term defamation of character, in case you are not the definition is "the action or crime of making false spoken statement (s) damaging to a person(s) reputation" this is what you and your other reviews by DR.L, M.S. and MD are doing and again without merit. There are two sides to a story one of them is the truth which all of your reviews are farthest from. We can try to discuss like adults to see why you are so upset or you can continue your abusive defaming attack and go to the next step

Most will pass by this review. One because they want to believe They will never have a bad experience after all the good reviews. I had been told car was a top dollar restoration, NOT. Rust thru paint that was not in pictures and not told about. Fit and finish of body off. Passenger door dropped and had to be lifted to close. Windows misaligned and did not seal closed. Wind noise was terrible. Car came with one spark plug wire off, so running on seven cylinders. Many other issues. I told them about my problems. They told me they would take car back and correct issues. Long story short, after having car for over 3 months, they corrected a few of these issues, not close to addressing about 75%. Let me tell you, when you pay 50+ you expect alot more than I recieved. My recommmendation is to stay away. Buyer Beware

John, You owned the car for over a month before you contacted us to talk about a few issues you were having. We immediately sent a truck to pick the car up so that we could have our shop go over the few items that you mentioned and get the car back to you so you could enjoy it. Once the car arrived your list grew. Your few items became many. We addressed all of your concerns and Kevin, our former service manager who unfortunately had passed away as the car was being ready to ship back to you, had kept you in the loop constantly to let you know where we were in the process and that the items had been completed. He sent you emails and photos to show you, not once did you say anything to the contrary. We had addressed 100% of your items and sent you the information before sending the car back to you. You received an amazing car, if you are still not satisfied than I suggest you call us to discuss how we can help.

No pressure professional
I have been looking at a cars for a while but have not been able to find something I truly want. I talk to Rich at least once a month and he has been amazing and super patient with me. I know we will make a deal because I will not go anywhere else as his customer service is second to none! Don't worry we will make a deal soon!

Amazing and consistent!
Great place to do business with! This is the second car I have purchased from Rich and again he was on point! He kept in constant contact with me, was always available to answer any questions I had, even on Sunday and has a calm disposition! He makes it easy to buy a car from Flemings!

Unbeatable Experience
I was in the market to purchase a pre-owned car for the first time, in addition to seeking out a make with which I was unfamiliar. Needless to say, I was hesitant to rush into an expensive bad decision, especially as a "novice" in every sense of the word here. Rich was immediately responsive to my inquiry (actually responded over a holiday when off work!). He showed incredible patience as I asked about 100 questions over a couple of weeks' time. He was very knowledgeable and informative and put zero pressure on me. I ended up moving forward on the car with an easy, speedy, stress-free financing process. It was a great deal. I went into the dealership on a Saturday to pick up my new car, which was fully ready and waiting for me outside the showroom. I was greeted with hospitality and kindness by everyone I'd encountered at the dealership as was my dog). They even filled up my tank and followed up after I drove away.
