Personally professional service

I bought my car from this dealership in December of 2010. I name my cars and show them my loyalty by trying never to leave them in the hands of someone who treats questions and concerns as billable hours. Pete and Sean both make me feel they are genuinely interested in learning what is wrong with my car and fixing it. The work was covered under an extended warranty. It was done well and I was kept informed of status along the way.

Tahoe Purchase

Our family purchased as a 2016 Chevy Tahoe recently and had a great experience. Our salesman Eddie Dones was great to work with. Additionally Yahayra and Premo were great to work with on the finance side. Got the car we wanted and fair price.

It was a pleasant experience I really liked the people!

Ian was very nice to work with and Ulises also. Very happy with my experience! Everyone was very accommodating! I will be back when I am ready for my next vehicle and highly recommend this dealership to family and friends!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Looking for a TRAX

Jim McElligott and Rob Lee were great. Made the process quick and smooth. Sean, Pete and Dana are always outstanding in the Service Department. This is the 4th car I have bought from this dealership and we will be back.

Equinox Experience

I just experienced my second opportunity working with Emily! She was great! Her knowledge of the vehicle we were leasing (for the second time) was spot-on! She was thoughtful and made the process relaxing and efficient. She did all she could to expedite the process and make it as painless as possible.

Very Pleased with this Dealership.

I recently switched to Chevrolet of Naperville after experiencing less than perfect service and shady sales tactics at another local Chevrolet dealer. While I had my wife's vehicle at Chevrolet of Naperville for warranty service, I decided to visit the sales floor. The sales people were all very pleasant, low key and knowledgeable. I had a particular situation and the sales team was able to fit my needs perfectly. I was out the door in less than 2 hours with a Brand New Car as well as our freshly serviced SUV. A very refreshing experience - Chevrolet of Naperville gets 5-Stars for sales & service!

Ayman, the sales person was excellent. He took him time explaining every all the details about the car. He was patient, because buying a car is stressful and takes time and he never made me feel like I was rushed or forced into buying anything.
