Good Service, nice facility
Service was prompt. The dealership was not able to provide some product we needed that was available at the other dealersip we dealt with before. We will probably go back there in the future because of that--not because we were dissatisfied with Community Buick in any way.

APPOINTMENTS FOR OIL CHANGES
You tell your customers needing service that they don't need to make an appointment for an oil change, but recently with both my Saturn and my GMC pickup, I had to wait an extended amount of time because there were so many other customers ahead of me. Don't tell customers you can get them right in for an oil change when you don't think you can. Prior to these two incidents you folks always took my vehicle right in and in 30-40 minutes it was done. I'm glad to see you getting more business but if you are then you should go back to making appointments. Also they didn't have an air filter for my 2011 Duramax GMC and my wife and I had to wait almost an extra hour for that to be delivered. The service tech said it was because they don't stock that filter. My question to you is: why not? You sell GMC Duramax pickups and I'm sure you have several customers that need that filter for their pickups. You should stock all regular maintenance items for GMC and Chevy Diesel pickups. If this happens again, I'll just take my pickup to Rolling Chevrolet in Waverly instead of driving all the way out there. On a more positive note, however, I do much appreciate your finding the mouse nest and removing it. Good work! Thanks for listening. Tim Swallow
