Literally from the moment we walked in, they made us feel like family. There was a hiccup with the deal of the vehicle they originally offered us, but instead of brushing it off, they were upfront, sincerely apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get a great car. I just purchased a CPO Panamera from Hennessy and worked most directly with Heather Erickson as my sales representative. This is my fourth Porsche but first one bought from Hennessy. Heather is an exceptional sales rep and extremely delightful to deal with. She worked diligently through the trade-in process to enable my deal to work. She was also supported in that process by Drew Borges (Pre-owned Sales Mgr.) who was kind enough to call and discuss my trade-in vehicle to facilitate our deal. I also received a kind, helpful email from Andy Nguyen (Internet Sales Dir.). The entire dealership experience was handled quite professionally. Hennessy is certainly a Porsche dealership I would do business with again!

Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta was by far the most pleasant experience of my vehicle buying history. They exceeded my expectations. My sales specialist, Myles Tipley, was very professional and all my needs were met. You made this country girl very happy. Hats off to your exceptional customer service. The only down side of my visit was during the completion of my purchase. I felt like I was being pressured to purchase a warranty; the gentleman pratically talked down to me because I didn't follow his lead but that aside, my overall experience was phenomenal. Last note, the building is fabulous; the toilet washes your private parts folks, never thought I would receive bidet action...lol, not only that, the restroom appeared to be made of glass. This is a first class facility. I thought I received outstanding service from Cadillac customer service centers but they dont measure up to Porsche! Well done ladies and gentleman
