After a car accident, our X6 was totaled.

After a car accident, our X6 was totaled. We contacted Christian Christie at Roseville BMW. We explained our predicament of needing a car and wanting another X6. Christian immediately went to work and located a new one for us from another dealer. He had it in the store, detailed, and ready the next day. Upon our inspection and a lot of paperwork we finalized a deal! We owe Christian many, many thanks for helping us through a tough time.

The vehicle was washed, gassed up, and ready to go! He also took the time to explain the features and has even sent follow-up emails to assure me he's available for any further assistance. Dave was great at explaining the warranty options, and made it a fun process. The BMW team made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable and engaging. Told me hybrid car had advanced feature, and it did not.

Told me hybrid car had advanced feature, and it did not. Wanted another $6000 to remedy for a car that wasn't a hybrid but had technology. Replacement should have been $3000 less.
