Awesome customer service and good deals.

Great staffs to work with; very helpful and details oriented establishment. Awesome dealership - very accommodating and fabulous deals. I highly recommend this dealership to any who wants to buy used-certified or new. I got both of our cars from them.

Worst service department ever!

Does losing one's job because of the games played by your service department sales team count as an experience? Yep, that's what happened! And I still had to pay for them for the oil change. Don't ever take your vehicle to this dealership if you want honesty, integrity and the belief in doing the right thing for the customer over your sales. They are beyond unscrupulous and devoid of any and all morality. They are liars and will do whatever they can to screw you out of any money you might have without hesitation or a second thought. And when I called them out for what they were attempting to do, they continued to lie and shift blame on the person trying to do the right thing. Not a sliver of morality resides in their business model and they should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. Quite despicable behavior and I'm jobless as a result of it! Thanks for that! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

Great Experience... Ask for Brian!

Just thinking about looking for a car seems overwhelming. Future Ford of Sacramento made the entire process so easy. We worked with Brian O'Brien and he is the best when it comes to knowledge and patience so we could purchase the vehicle that was right for our family. There are many Ford dealers but definitely make sure you go and see them. From the test drive to the paperwork process... this dealer made it very painless!

Your staff was very professional, knowlegeable, and treated me with respect. I enjoyed this buying experience. I do have a friend who is looking to buy, he hates the overall buying process, so I told him about Future Ford and he will make trip.

Infinity Qx60 purchase!

Overall the sales staff was amazing and extremely helpful but feeling a bit frustrated as the breaks squeak and it has a chip in the window. Things that you don’t notice upon a quick test drive and now that I don’t have a warranty for the car there isn’t much I can do. I went above my price point because the car was everything I wanted and more, just wishing Ford would have checked these minor details closer before selling.

Great people equal great experience

Future Ford of Sacramento has truly figured out how to make the car buying experience not only exciting but pleasurable.
