choice of where to wait. I did not have to sit inside where it is too cold for me. I could sit in the bay that was open to freah air. I feel safer outdoors during the pandemic, and I am not used to A/C. Big mahalo for outdooe seating. The service representative was EXCELLENT! Friendly, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood and was comfortable. She let me know how my service was progressing, so I could get ready to pay. No surprises. I am older, and many service people at businesses speak so fast that I canʻt follow them--as if they are so busy that they cannot clearly deliver information to the customer. My service representative spoke at a friendly, normal pace and looked me in the eye and I didnʻt have to ask her to repeat anything. It made me feel confident and appreciated as a customer. Destiny Navalta is a very, very good customer interface--The strongest link!

Was needed a new, used car. I checked out a few before Lincon came to greet me. Zero pressure at all, and ran to grab keys for the cars I was interested in. The process to buy this car (I was NOT financing at all) took a LOT longer than I expected, but Lincon was very professional, and came to check on me frequently. I'm pleased with the experience, and would definitely recommend Lincon to others!!! Mahalos!!!

Staff was responsive and made best efforts to complete a fairly big job quickly. Big improvement over past experiences. Jay in service was exceptional.

Heui is very nice and polite. She really shows her aloha and carries it well. I did note a problem, nothing major, but when I got my vehicle back the problem was still there. Wished it was resolved better but again not a huge deal breaker for me
