Island Honda

This was the second car I've purchased from this Honda dealer. I've never had any problems with the first car and we are really excited with the new car, which we upgraded to because of the more fuel efficient Turbo engine and a few extra bells and whistles on the dash. Our first driving experience was a dream drive up the coast.

My whole experience at Maui Honda couldn’t have gone any better. My salesperson Melissa was kind and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy at all and did a good job of coming up with a deal I could fit in to my budget. What she proposed was what ended up in black and white. I had a terrible experience at another dealership last year on Maui so I came in sckeptical and was pleasantly surprised how smooth this purchase was. Khem was also so nice and explained everything very well went it came to signing all my final paperwork. These two women have earned my trust and reccomendation. I feel like I not only have a new van but two new friends. Thank you very much!

Been a customer since 2011 and Island Honda has ALWAYS provided great customer service. Shout out to Sami, Omar and Malia. Purchased a used 2010 GMC Terrain that ran into a few problems after I had bought it, but these three made sure that I was in good hands from the purchase to the service it needed to even providing me a loaner car until everything was taken care of. Thanks guys! I highly recommend Island Honda Maui.

Don’t buy a used car from here, ESPECIALLY if it isn’t a Honda. They do not do their due diligence inspecting them for issues apparently, and then are unwilling and unable to fix things that are clear issues minutes after driving the car off the lot. Plus their service department is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. I don’t know if I have ever had such bad customer service before.

I thought that the entire dealership knew exactly what they were doing. Melissa was a great help because she really knew the models very well and she knew what she was talking about.

I went to the dealership not knowing what to expect because me credit isn't the greatest (below 600) and I was upside down in my vehicle loan. The team at Island Honda (Melissa and the finance department) worked with what I had and helped me to get into a brand new honda accord. Would definitely reccoment the dealership and Melissa especially.
